Electronics

Electronics Development EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Service)

Supertek designs, develops, and manufactures your electronics. Our electrical engineers and technicians create your electronic circuit, develop the necessary schematics, simulate functionality using modern simulation software, design EMC-compliant PCB layouts, build prototypes, and test the circuits for your application. If desired, Supertek provides the entire EMS value chain:

  • Development
  • Design
  • Material Management
  • Production
  • SMD Assembly
  • THT Assembly
  • Soldering Process
  • Testing
  • Logistics
  • After-Sales-Services

Mechanics

In our 3D design department, we develop and construct the necessary mechanics for both movable and fixed components. For the automation of motion sequences, Supertek utilizes not only pneumatic actuators but also electronic actuators, electric motors, and electronic control elements, offering high energy efficiency, positioning accuracy, and dynamic response. To ensure position traceability and condition monitoring, Supertek employs intelligent and modern sensors. For dynamic and movable, as well as rigid components, Supertek conducts calculations and simulations using methods such as FEM (Finite Element Method).

Informatics

Supertek develops holistic and cross-platform software solutions for automation, ranging from user-oriented software for PCs and computer systems to fully automated control and regulation in industrial applications using microcontrollers, µCs, CPUs, embedded systems, PLCs, and server applications. One of Supertek's research areas focuses on barrier-free communication between different platforms and programs to create intelligent systems and processes for the era of Industry 4.0.

Development and Research of Innovative Batteries

Supertek manufactures winding machines for producing cylindrical windings for batteries with round cells and collaborates with the Technical University of Braunschweig on the research and development of new battery generations.
